Rebooting is easy...
There are two methods to reboot your IP Desk Phone. Some reasons to reboot are listed at the bottom of this page.
1) Use the Menu Options / Reboot (recommended).
2) Unplug / cycle power adapter cord. Or, unplug PoE network cord if present.
Accessing 'Reboot' function from the menu options
Simply press the Middle Round MENU Key button inside the arrow navigation keys. Then scroll right until you see 'REBOOT'. Highlight it and select 'YES' to continue rebooting.

Reasons to reboot
- Our support has instructed you to do so.
- Power failure in building may have caused the phone to lose connection with PBX System, and account is not registered / you can not make/receive calls.
- Some firmware updates may require a manual reboot.
- Certain main PBX System features require the phone to be rebooted so it re-downloads a new configuration file.
IE: BLF / Extension list has changed on the main phone system, and needs re-populating.
