Accessing Voicemail

Desktop phones have a VMAIL button and you can also access individual Voicemail from any other extension..

There are several ways to access your Voicemail, including: at the user's desk or cordless phone, from any other extension, or remotely (away from the office)...

Voicemail from At the desk phone

Simply press the VMAIL  button, or select the VMAIL programmed screen button. It's that easy! 

You can also simply dial *97 from your extension desk phone to get into your mailbox.

Other ways to access Vmail when not at your desk phone

You can dial *98 from ANY phone from with-in the office. Once in the Vmail system, you can enter your EXTENSION NUMBER and then your password.

For accessing your Voicemail from OUTSIDE the office, double check PBXSystem.ca or your System Administrator has first set-up remote access. Once enabled, you can follow the above step just as if you are in the office.

For users using remote or PC Desktop and APPs, if your end-point is registered to your office extension number directly, you can simply use the VMAIL icon if present. You can also use the Dial *97. Or, remotely *98 +Extension Number methods described above.
