We've been working on a new voice selection tool that allows for more voice characters. We have finally come up with a platform that allows easy preview of our all new voice characters.
You can now preview Voice Characters using this new online tool for any IVR or Music on Hold recordings you need for your phone system.
IVR and Music on Hold Pricing
Recording services are still an added time / labor cost factor due to the work involved. However, our pricing has decreased since we introduced new work-flow methods this past year.

Background music
We have added a few new background music sound files to the voice selection tool. Because music has a "Royalty fee" and "usage" cost tied to it, there will still be a limited selection of background music that we can offer. The royalties for our "distribution use" can be quite high.
However, we can obtain new and custom music sound files for your use at a lower single use cost for your company.
Pricing?
Base pricing is determine by 'word count'. Generally you would want to keep IVR / Menu selection for callers to a maximum of about 50 words. While we do keep pricing to this level, we know in the real world that 50-60 words is the rule of thumb.
Music on Hold is a different matter as sound files need the background music and voice over broken up over a longer duration of 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the music length.
